Onion quality control app with AI
Consistent onion inspections at intake, during packing and before shipping – fewer disputes, less waste and evidence for every load.
What to inspect
- Firmness and skin retention
- Neck rot and black mould
- Sprouting in storage
- Size grading
- Storage condition by bin
Why AI-assisted QC
Manual grading varies between inspectors and shifts. AI-assisted inspection applies the same standard every time, takes less labour, and stops good onion product being downgraded to waste.
